Attach the triangles together. Wrap a yarn of a different colour to tie your dumpling.
P.S. The rice dumpling can absolutely be made of all equilateral triangles as the stitches are tighter and apt for amigurumi but I personally find that the equilateral triangle consumes more yarn and the stiffer and spiral look is not what I exactly go for. The darker green one is made of all equilateral triangles for your reference.
